LOST & FOUND
People bring stuff and they, unfortunately, lose stuff. It’s the goal of Riverfest management to make the Guest-Items reconciliation process as effective as possible.
First, if you lose something, check with the Information/Ticket Trailer. This is located near the flag in the center of the park. If Guest Relations doesn’t have your items, make an entry in the lost and found log book kept there. Lost items and the lost and found logbook are turned in to the main office every evening after the Fest closes. On a regular basis, office staff will match lost stuff with owners reporting items missing and will contact owners to arrange returns.
If you leave the Fest without filling in a log entry regarding lost items, feel free to call the office any time at 608.782.6000. If item(s) are not claimed after 2 weeks following the final day of the festival, the item is donated as appropriate.
RESTROOMS
There are both flushable and portable bathroom facilities located around the festival site.
Flushable restrooms are located in the brick buildings located at the north end and south end of Veterans Memorial Drive.
Portable restrooms are located on the East side of Veterans Memorial Drive and at various locations throughout the park. Handicapped facilities are available in the flushable restrooms as well as at portable locations in the park.
BABY CHANGING FACILITIES
There are diaper changing facilities available at the First Aid Trailer located on the riverside of the bandshell.
SEVERE WEATHER
In the event of a severe weather warning the park will be closed and all events will be shut down.
Emergency shelter is available at the La Crosse Area Convention and Visitors Bureau, and the Radisson Hotel, the basement of the bandshell and in the city permanent concrete restrooms. Following a park closure, tune into local radio stations for rescheduled events and times.
WATER
A drinking fountain is provided for our guests. It is located just outside of the fenced in area south of the eagle. In addition, many of the numerous beverage booths located throughout the Fest site sell bottled water.
