RULES

Please observe the following notices:

  • Leashed dogs permitted on sidewalks per City ordinance.

  • Clean up after your dog.

  • Owners with aggressively behaving animals will be asked to leave.

  • No carry in food or drink items.

  • No sparklers, fireworks or flammable items, including grills.

  • No solicitation or distribution of materials.

  • No tents, pop-ups, or oversized shade umbrellas.

  • Blankets or tarps should be anchored with small flat items or fully inserted stakes. Use of river rocks is illegal & subject to fine.​​

    • UNDERGROUND POWER, WATER, & TELECOMMUNICATION LINES!!​

  • Items, animals, or persons deemed as posing a safety and or security hazard may be removed, asked to leave, or reported to the La Crosse Police Department

CAMERA POLICY

Subject to these rules, spectators are permitted to use non-professional, non-flash photography and video cameras for personal use. All cameras - video and still - must be handheld with an interchangeable or telephoto lens no longer than five inches in length.

 

The following items are not permitted and shall be removed from the venue:

  • Monopods, tripods, and cameras with telephoto or interchangeable lenses greater than 5 inches in length (professional photography equipment).

  • Drones

 

Spectators, attendees, visitors, and guests may not distribute, use, reproduce, stream, upload, transmit, broadcast, link, exploit, or license any description, account, images, pictures, film, digital, video, or audio recording for any commercial purposes without the prior express written consent of Riverfest Inc, in each instance.
